Huntington National Bank Personal Lines Insurance Sales Executive in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan

Huntington Insurance is looking for a motivated Insurance Agent who has a proven track record of success in High Net Worth Personal Lines insurance. We are looking for an individual who understands the unique aspects of insurance for successful individuals and can collaborate with colleagues and Centers of Influence to develop and foster customer and referral relationships.

Success candidates will be able to:

Develop profitable relationships with existing and new customers.

Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with internal and external sources to identify potential customers for insurance products and services.

Develop marketing plans within the framework and direction of management, implement sales and prospecting activity as a follow up on marketing plans.

May conduct public and private seminars.

Develop new and renewal business strategy with appropriate support staff.

Adhere to the calendar year sales and marketing plan mutually agreed to and monitored by Huntington Insurance.

Build relationships within the bank for cross sell opportunities.

Promote all Huntington Insurance and Banking product lines.

Communicate current pipeline and forecasting activity to Management

Maintain accurate data in our organization's pipeline system (

Attend all sales meetings, sales strategy sessions and company functions as required.

Maintain all applicable licenses and continuing education.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required or in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of insurance sales experience is required.

  • A Property and Casualty license is required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Carrier knowledge a plus

  • Must have proven ability to pursue and close sales

  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
