Huntington National Bank Investment Advisor Support Representative in Columbus, Ohio
As an Investment Advisor Service & Support Representative you will be a key member on the Centralized Support Team to deliver a great advisor and client experience. You will work in a team environment and be a liaison for internal Huntington colleagues by providing support on product knowledge and policies/procedures via telephone. Provide excellent service by working closely with internal and external partners to facilitate client requests. This position will require you to assist with trades requests, research account issues, and manage incoming and outgoing electronic correspondence. Develop an expertise on process and procedures to assist with escalated issues and problem resolution. In this dynamic environment, you may participate on special projects and working groups to drive process improvement. In addition, you will learn a broad view of investment operations.
1 or more years of brokerage/investment or comparable experience
High School Diploma
Excellent telephone communication skills and articulation of speech, displaying a high level of professionalism
Familiarity with investment acumen, including investment products, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) preferred
Ability to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners and work well in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; adaptive to change
Series 6 License
Series 7 preferred -- Otherwise Series 7 License must be obtained within 120 days of hire
Life and Health Licenses must be obtained within 90 days of hire
Could be considered for a senior level based on experience
