Brief Description:

Infrastructure Project Manager must have experience in Network Infrastructure, Server, Voice, EUC and Dev Ops project life cycle management and implementation knowledge delivering small to medium projects. The position will work with the Program Manager to incorporate the HBI project methodology and life cycle delivery of the infrastructure projects.

Detailed Description:

  • Works with business unit manager(s) and project sponsors to establish project scope, deliverables, budget and schedule. This Infrastructure Project Manager will work across all Segments with the assigned IT teams on their project goals by providing excellent project management service and adherence to Risk policies, ensuring all team members are managed effectively and projects are delivered on time and on budget.

  • With minimal guidance, and in accordance with HBI project methodology, provides leadership that promotes and supports the development, implementation and completion of small to medium size projects; These projects are typically characterized as having low to medium visibility and risk, involve one or more business lines and impact one or more software applications.

  • According to the direction of their manager, supports the IT test's assigned business segment goals by providing project management services.

  • Assembles project team and manages the project on an on-going basis to identify risks, implement changes, monitor and communicate progress.

  • Ensure team members are kept informed of all related issues. Ensures project deliverables meet customer needs.

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Min 3 years of experience in Project management which includes experience in Network Infrastructure, Server, Voice, EUC and Dev Ops project life cycle management and implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Vendor Management experience within Infrastructure activities to include: Re-cabling, Rack installation along with validation of installation.
