Huntington National Bank Senior ATM Product Manager in Columbus, Ohio
The Senior ATM Product Manager is responsible for the short-term execution and long-term strategy of self-service/ATM solutions. This individual will need to leverage industry best practices, data & analytics, financial/ROI analysis as well as internal and external resources to deliver solutions that are aligned with Retail/Business Banking and corporate objectives.
The Senior ATM Product Manager will work closely with the ATM Channel Manager and will be the product SME in terms of future functionality, technology and innovation road mapping. Primary responsibilities of this role will be channel analytics/research, product strategy, business case development, business requirements development, product development thru software delivery lifecycle, and vendor management.
Channel metrics and market research
Aligning technical solutions with Business strategies
Partnering with technology partners on cross-channel solutions
Risk management and compliance with all necessary rules & regulations that govern the channel
Program management and overseeing all aspects of project delivery within channel innovation
Minimum of 5 years of product or project experience
Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams, business strategies, execution and delivering technology solutions a plus
Performed a similar product management role within a financial institution, e-commerce provider or payments provider
Strong track record of successful process improvements
Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to effectively communicate ideas & concepts to business and technical stakeholders
Data driven with ability to derive insights from analytics and provide robust analysis to support recommendations
Proven record of successfully evangelizing product strategies and implementing new products through entire lifecycle
Demonstrable experience effectively leading cross functional teams without direct reporting relationship
Six Sigma and Six Sigma Lean certified
This position requires the ability to travel 10% of the time based on business needs.
