Join the team that shapes the treasury management and revenue cycle experience for clients within our Healthcare segment. We're a small passionate team focused on building differentiating solutions and phenomenal customer experiences. You will interact with Healthcare Product/Segment Management on strategic direction and solution implementation.
You'll implement complex multi-product solutions to solve customer needs deep in the client's back office. You'll create and manages detailed project plans including internal and external documentation to effectively execute on complex implementations. You'll Act as liaison and interpreter between the clients' needs, our back office and our vendor partners. You will also provide ongoing technical support to clients using Huntington's Automated Healthcare Solutions™.
Implements complex multi-product solutions to solve customer needs deep in the client's back office. The implementation is usually based around a client's reengineering of back office processes and large investments.
Creates and manages detailed project plans including internal and external documentation to effectively execute on complex implementations. Identifies all milestones, tasks and deliverables. Accurately identifies risks to the overall projects.
Act as liaison and interpreter between the client's needs, HNB's back office and HNB Vendors.
Effectively facilitates meetings between all parties.
Provide ongoing technical support to clients using Huntington's Automated Healthcare Solutions™.
Minimum of 3 years of Product Management or Project Management experience
A good collaborator that works directly with and across Product Management on solution design.
Strong Project Management skills to effectively execute on projects and keep implementations focused.
Excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills
Ability to develop a deep understanding of Huntington's Treasury Management services offerings and ability to work with Service and Onboarding to implement complex services.
Ability to develop a deep understanding of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle (RCM) and how and why clients use services in each phase of the cycle.
