Huntington National Bank Relationship Service Specialist in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
The Relationship Service Specialist (RSS) provides first line service support for commercial lending and business depository customers by creating and executing customer facing documentation, processing and servicing needs. This individual is responsible for the quality assurance of depository business documentation which includes legal agreements, resolutions and documentation of other requirements. In addition the RSS provides support to verify CIP (Customer Identity Program) for commercial customers and opens deposit accounts.
Other responsibilities include:
Partnering with teams across the commercial banking segment to perform post loan booking
Monitoring and updating various internal systems, tracking UCC filings, insurance, final title policies, and statement letters as well as processing advances, loan payments or payoffs, in accordance to Bank's approval and borrower request.
Services customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts and building rapport.
Researches and resolves problems regarding service activities and operational issues specific to deposit account and credit relationships.
Cross sells bank products and services and referrs customers to the appropriate colleagues.
Maintains up to date knowledge of products, services, departmental systems and related technology, policies and procedures.
Responsible for focus and awareness of identifying, assessing and managing risk and adhering to policy and procedure acknowledgements.
Participates in identifying issues of concern and keeping department management informed as needed.
Minimum of one year of experience in a Commercial banking environment
High School Diploma
Understanding of Commercial deposit and credit products
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrate exceptional organization skills and the ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
